Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@millamade.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Please note, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the full value of your returned items, which can be used on any future purchase at Milla Made.
Exchanges
- We do not offer any exchanges on items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement.
