Return & Exchange Policy

At Milla Made, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@millamade.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Please note, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the full value of your returned items, which can be used on any future purchase at Milla Made.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer any exchanges on items. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement.
